This carpet is knotted in Meshad, once the capital of Persia l in the province of Khorassan, an area in norteastern Persia. The patterns are mostly medallions, similar in design to the carpets of Keschan, the pile is shiny and soft.
The very special pieces signed by Amoghli belong to the colecccionable pieces particularly if they are old and in good conditions.
