The delivery of the goods will be performed to the address you have stated. The parcel service will only deliverer the goods and will not help by unpacking the parcels.
Deliveries within 2-7 working days. Standard packages are being delivered on working days between 9.00 y 17:00 hours. Delivery at the address you have placed. The delivery time applies to orders that have been placed on weekdays before 15:00 p.m. For orders that are placed on weekends of after 15:00 p.m., the delivery time will be counted from the next weekday. If there is nobody at home to receive the packet, the parcel service will leave a message for a new delivery.

Once your purchase and payment have been completed, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal as well as a confirmation from us and the shipment will start as soon as possible.
Under certain circumstances Carpetgalerie.com reserves the right to cancel an order, these may occur in the case of problems in the web or scripting errors. Carpetgalerie.com in that case can modify items or prices and is not responsible for unexpected unavailability.
In case of damage caused during the delivery, if the damage has been possibly the result of transportation, please note the damage in the report at the arrival of the goods at the parcel service and contact us at email@example.com
If something is wrong with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong carpet or the wrong number of carpets, if you received a damaged carpet, please contact our customer service, the error has to be reported in the written form within the next 48 hours. Claims which are made after this limit cannot be taken in consideration.
Individual customers can return the goods within 30 days, in that case please contact with our customer firstname.lastname@example.org and note the reference number of your order and the reason of returning. It is your responsibility that the carpet arrives in an undamaged condition. Make sure that the carpet is well packed in its package of origin, the carpet has to be unused and in perfect conditions. When a return is completed and we have checked the errors or mentioned defects and if the goods have been sent in the conditions as described before our account again on the same card or bank account you used for the purchase will be credited within 20 days. If we receive returning goods which are not in the proper conditions, so the goods will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
We carry the entire transport fee for the returned goods if they are defect or faulty. In any other cases of returning we don’ t carry the cost of transport.
In case you want to exchange the carpet with another from our online collection the return of your carpet is free. However, if you cannot find a carpet to make the exchange
